Files2Net's Terms of Service

Files2Net.com allows users to upload a variety of file types. By uploading a file, users agree to accept these terms:

1) Files2Net.com users must agree to comply with all laws, including copyright and trademark laws. Files that users upload and which violate copyrights or trademarks will be deleted immediately. If an abuse report(s) is claimed on a file(s), we reserve all rights to remove the file.

2) You agree that you shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Files2Net.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Files2Net.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Files2Net.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Files2Net.com; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.

3) Files2Net.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Files2Net.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Files2Net.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Files2Net.com and its employees.

4) We reserve the right to replace or remove any files at any time, without notice - that compromise the security of the server, indecent, unsuitable or using excessive server resources.

5) We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by removing files, e.g. images that are used on auctions.

6) The transmission of pornographic or illegal content is not permitted and the file(s) will be deleted immediately and we will press for further action if needs be.
